MingleStick Functionality Revolutionizes Trade Show Effectiveness – Part 1: Exhibitor Benefit

I have recently been introduced to a new simple information transfer and networking device called a MingleStick. I was so excited because the MingleStick functionality revolutionizes trade show effectiveness for exhibitors, attendees and promoters.

Let me make sure it is clear that I am not receiving any payment for my endorsement.  I am reporting to show how this tool can be used as part of a successful trade show strategy. I think this product is a dilly. (That means it's remarkable.)

When the entire trade show is using MingleSticks, a networking phenomenon is created. Exhibitors love to use their MingleStick because the device is a great conversation starter and ice breaker. It's a fun easy way to strike up a conversation with an attendee. Our solution captures the attendee's contact information along with their profile picture, so we can offer facial recognition for all of their leads. Additionally, the exhibitor can add notes about the person they just connected with. Exhibiting at a trade show is all about networking and capturing sales leads. Our MingleStick technology stirs up conversation because it creates an incredible buzz at the event, and enables exhibitors to capture leads with a simple click of a button.

I so agree about the importance of capturing qualified leads quickly. So an exhibitor can actually qualify and rank an attendee? And then how can the exhibitor distribute those ranked leads to its sales force? Can I download to my CRM?


Our software application for exhibitors can be customized to allow for further lead qualification. We understand the importance of gaining as much intelligence regarding an attendee as possible. Qualification questions and rankings are toolsets that we have available for exhibitors. Our web application enables leads to be disbursed to the sales team and the attendee data, if desired, can simply be exported into a CSV file.
